Want to make money taking charge of a busy segment of our business that uses state of the art technology? If so, then look no further than becoming a Carside To-Go Specialist. This is not the old “pick-up window” that your Mom and Dad used in years gone by. Using our internal tracking and delivery systems, this position will ensure guest orders are packaged accurately, payments are received properly and delicious meals are delivered promptly to guests waiting in their vehicles. A qualified applicant must have excellent communication skills, be able to lift 15-30 pounds, and work for periods of up to 8 hours in length. The Rose Group requires participation in a mandatory tip pooling arrangement of 3% net sales from each shift with other qualified tipped employees.
